Wat wordt er van je verwacht?

  • As Inside Sales, you contribute to the successes in Europe.
  • You are responsible for extensive prospecting and following up incoming leads.
  • You provide the appropriate certificates or solutions for Web server certification and digital identity authentication.
  • You assure high quality service and accurate follow-up of the proposed certificate solutions.
  • You are the primary contact for all your clients and prospects and work closely with customer service teams for verification and formalization of sold certificates.
  • Your team spirit and enthusiasm help ensure that EMEA sales targets are met.

Wat is je profiel?

  • You are driven to expand your customer base day by day, including follow-up.
  • Preferably you have some B2B sales experience (call center, inside sales department or similar), however, we also encourage recent graduates who are sales-driven to apply.
  • You communicate easily on the telephone, have good contact skills and enjoy building relationships.
  • You are an excellent negotiator with a competitive drive, both commercially oriented and strongly motivated. You get a kick out of closing deals.
  • As a born leader, you know how to motivate your colleagues. With sales drive and enthusiasm you convince new customers.
  • As a go-getter, you like to set the bar higher time and again. You have a competitive nature and like to win.
  • You are proficient in English and German. Kennis van het Nederlands is een groot voordeel.
  • A healthy interest or affinity with the IT industry will provide a good starting point.
  • You are result-oriented, sales-driven, persevering, enthusiastic, assertive, and have team spirit.
